How to fill an e-cigarette pod, step by step

In short: to fill a pod, remove the cartridge, pour the e-liquid into the intended opening (never into the central channel), without exceeding the indicated level, close it, let the coil soak for a few minutes, then start with gentle puffs.
Filling a pod is simple, but a few common mistakes cause leaks or a burnt taste. Here is the general method, to adapt to your model manufacturer's instructions.
Before you start
- Wash your hands and settle on a clean surface, with a paper towel.
- Check that the pod is off and that the cartridge is not cracked.

The steps
- Remove the cartridge from the pod if the model allows.
- Find the filling opening (silicone plug or sliding cover). The central channel, where the vapor passes, must stay empty.
- Pour the liquid slowly, along the wall, up to the indicated maximum level. Do not fill to the brim.
- Close carefully and wipe away any trace of liquid.
- Put the cartridge back and let the coil soak for a few minutes, as the manual says.
- Start with a few gentle puffs before normal use.
